Opening times
We are open from October to May. The Sauna is for members only but non-members are welcome on Open Days, which we have regularly, on the 1st Sunday of every month.
Open days for 2024/25
Open day is for anyone who wants to try our sauna. It’s always on the first Sunday of the month from 10:00-14:00. It’s free and no booking is required but you must bring an extra towel to sit on and a bottle of water.
Our sauna can only take 10 people at a time so if it’s full when you arrive, you should expect to wait in a queue. Due to our compact changing room having very little storage space we would kindly request that you do not bring large bags.
We recommend people leave after 45 minutes if others are waiting.
A volunteer member of the sauna will be on site to help and answer any questions.

- Tue-Fri 16:30-21:00
- Sat 8:00-14:00
- Sun 8:00-18:00
Bank holidays are treated as normal days of the week
